Chili Good - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. lean ground beef
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 green pepper
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. cumin
    1 tsp. oregano
    1 (16 oz.) can chopped tomatoes
    1 can tomato paste
    1 can tomato sauce
    1 large can drained kidney beans
Preparation
    Cook meat until browned.
    Add onion, garlic and green pepper. Cook until tender.
    Add spices, tomatoes, tomato sauce and paste. Simmer about 30 minutes.
    Add drained beans and simmer 5 minutes.
