Sausage Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. pkg. smoked sausage
    1 large onion
    1 large green pepper (bell)
    2 to 3 large tomatoes
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1 pkg. instant rice (boil-in-bag)
Preparation
    Slice sausage.
    Cut onion and pepper into strips.
    Chop tomatoes.
    In skillet or wok, pour in oil and all ingredients except rice.
    Stir-fry until vegetables are tender.
    Prepare rice as directed.
    Pour stir-fry over rice.
