Marinated Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) cans mushrooms, drained
    juice from 1/2 lemon
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1/4 tsp. coarsely ground black pepper
    1 tsp. oregano
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    grated cheese (optional)
Preparation
    Combine all the ingredients except the grated cheese.
    Place in refrigerator and let marinate for several hours or overnight. When ready to serve, sprinkle with grated cheese, if desired.
