Roast Pork - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 cloves garlic, slivered
    3 lb. rolled pork roast
    2/3 c. dry white wine
    3 onions, chopped
    1 Tbsp. thyme
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Insert garlic under fat of meat.
    Place meat in doubled plastic bags; stir all ingredients together.
    Pour over meat.
    Put meat in bag in dish; refrigerate 24 hours, turning occasionally.
    Remove meat.
    Place on shallow pan.
    Strain marinade and reserve.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for about 40 minutes per pound.
    Baste with marinade during roasting.
