South Of The Border Franks - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (1 lb.) pkg. frankfurters
1 1/4 c. crushed corn chips (about 1/2 of 11 oz. bag)
1 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. minced green pepper
1/4 c. prepared mustard
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/2 tsp. chili powder
2 Tbsp. minced onion
2 Tbsp. chopped sweet pickles
Preparation

Roll frankfurters in mustard and coat them with the crushed corn chips.
Place on baking sheet, bake in 400\u00b0 oven about 10 minutes.
In saucepan, melt butter, saute onion and green pepper until tender.
Stir in tomato sauce, pickles and chili powder. Heat to serving temperature.
Serve over franks.
Makes 4 servings.
