Lemon Custard Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sour cream
3 egg yolks, slightly beaten
5 oz. pkg. vanilla pudding and pie filling (not instant)
1 1/4 c. milk
1/3 c. concentrated lemonade, thawed
Preparation

Combine sour cream, egg yolks and vanilla pudding.
Add milk and concentrated lemonade (thawed).
Cook until thick and begins to boil.
Spoon warm filling into baked pie shell and cover with meringue or Cool Whip.
