Sandies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter
    1/3 c. sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 tsp. water
    2 c. sifted plain flour
    1 c. pecans, chopped
    1 box powdered sugar
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar.
    Add vanilla and water.
    Mix well. Blend in flour and nuts.
    Chill, then shape into fingers or balls. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet for 20 minutes at 325\u00b0.
    After they have cooled, roll in powdered sugar.
