Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 pkg. frozen, chopped broccoli
1 stick butter
1/2 bunch green onions, chopped (including tops)
1/2 c. celery, finely chopped
3 Tbsp. flour
1 (8 oz.) roll garlic cheese, cut up or 2 (4 oz.) containers Alloutte garlic and herbs cream cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 (4 oz.) can mushroom pieces
Preparation

Cook broccoli according to directions.
Drain.
Melt butter, saute onions and celery until tender.
Add flour and cook, stirring, for 2 minutes.
Add cheese and stir until melted.
Blend in soup.
Add broccoli and mushrooms.
Bake in greased casserole, covered, at 350\u00b0 for about 30 minutes or freeze and bake at 375\u00b0 for about 1 hour.
Serves 8 to 10.
This can also be used as a dip.
