Fluffy Citrus Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 egg, beaten
1/2 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. orange rind
2 tsp. lemon rind
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. whipped cream

Preparation

In a saucepan combine eggs, sugar and rinds and juice on low heat until mixture thickens, about 10 minutes.
Cool.
Whip the cream and mix together.
