Rice Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. brown rice
    2 tomatoes
    1 stalk celery
    1 cucumber
    2 green onions
    1 (8 oz.) bottle Italian dressing
Preparation
    Cook rice following label directions. Drain and cool to room temperature.
    Dice tomatoes, celery, cucumber and green onions. Add to cooked rice.
    Pour Italian dressing over rice mixture and refrigerate overnight.
    Very good with grilled hamburgers.
