Potato Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 egg
1 Tbsp. milk
1 (2 1/2 oz.) envelope seasoned coating mix for chicken, fish, pork or hamburger
1 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
2 (16 oz. each) cans whole new potatoes, drained

Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Beat egg and milk.
Blend coating mix and cheese.
Roll potatoes in egg mixture, then in coating mixture. Place potatoes in greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
Bake uncovered 30 minutes.
