Potato Wedges - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 medium potatoes
1 Tbsp. canola oil
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. onion powder
2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
salt and pepper (optional)
Preparation

Cut each potato in 8 wedges.
Rinse in cold water and drain thoroughly.
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients, except potatoes, until well blended. Add potatoes.
Toss to coat well. Place potatoes on Pam coated broiler pan.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes or until potatoes are golden brown and tender, turning occasionally.
