Macaroni Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) box macaroni
1 can mushroom soup
1/4 c. chopped pimento
1/4 c chopped green pepper
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation

Cook macaroni according to directions; drain.
Heat mushroom soup.
Add pimento, green pepper, onion and mayonnaise.
Mix.
In casserole, layer macaroni, sauce and cheese until all is used up. Top with cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 25 to 30 minutes until bubbly.
Yields 6 servings.
