Salisbury Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 c. crushed corn flakes
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 egg
    1/2 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Combine meat, egg, onion, milk, corn flakes, salt and pepper. Form into patties.
    Roll in flour; brown in cooking oil.
    Place in baking dish and cover with soup.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes. Serves 4.
