Pete'S Pot O' Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 cans Bush's hot chili beans
    3 cans Del Monte Mexican style stewed tomatoes
    1 lb. hot sausage
    2 to 3 lb. ground chuck
    6 large onions, chopped
    6 jalapenos, chopped
    1 pkg. Durkee chili mix
    2 to 3 Tbsp. cayenne pepper
    1 Tbsp. garlic
    1 Tbsp. salt
    4 Tbsp. McCormick hot chili powder
    3 bell peppers
    4 to 6 c. water or 4 cans Budweiser (optional)
Preparation
    Brown meat and add bell peppers and onions.
    Drain grease. Add spices; mix well.
    Now add all other ingredients, mixing well as you go along.
    The secret is to cook it slow and stir occasionally.
    Makes about 2 gallons.
