Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. shortening
    5 Tbsp. cold water
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 egg, slightly beaten
Preparation
    Blend
    flour,
    salt and shortening with pastry blender. Mix water, vinegar and egg; add to flour mixture and mix well. Shape into 4
    balls.
    Can be rolled out now for use or wrapped and frozen for use later.
    Makes 4 (9-inch) pies.
