Carnell'S 8 Egg Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    3 sticks Blue Bonnet margarine
    3 c. plain flour
    8 eggs
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. vanilla flavoring
Preparation
    Cream margarine and sugar.
    Add eggs, one at a time (beating after each one).
    Alternate with flour.
    Add salt and flavoring. Mix well.
    Pour into greased and floured tube pan.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for about 1 hour and 15 minutes.
