Strawberry Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. strawberries (whole)
    1 c. low-fat buttermilk
    1 Tbsp. plus 1 tsp. sugar
    mint leaves (optional)
Preparation
    In food processor, blend all ingredients.
    Serve immediately or chill in refrigerator.
    Garnish with mint leaves.
    Makes 4 servings.
