Corn And Green Chile Casserole - cooking recipe

2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen whole kernel corn
2 Tbsp. margarine
1/2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/4 c. chopped onions
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chiles, drained
Preparation

Cook corn according to package directions; drain and set aside.
Melt butter in heavy saucepan over low heat.
Add cream cheese; stir until blended.
Stir in corn, onions, sugar and green chiles.
Spoon into a lightly greased 1-quart baking dish.
Cover; bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
