Banana Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. margarine
1 c. sugar
2 eggs or 1/2 c. egg substitute
2 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1/4 tsp. salt
3 mashed bananas
1/2 c. nuts
Preparation

Blend margarine and sugar well.
Add eggs and then dry ingredients.
Add bananas.
Blend well.
Then stir in nuts.
Pour into two greased and floured 8-inch loaf pans.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 to 55 minutes.
