Chicken In Lemon-Dill Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breast halves
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. oil
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. milk
    1/2 c. dry white wine or milk
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. fresh or 1 tsp. dried dill
Preparation
    In a large skillet, cook chicken in butter and oil until brown. Remove chicken and keep warm.
    In same pan, add garlic.
    Cook 1 minute.
    Sprinkle in flour; mix until well blended.
    Stir in milk and wine mixture.
    Cook until slightly thick, stirring occasionally.
    Return chicken to skillet.
    Cover and simmer 20 minutes until chicken is done.
    Stir in lemon juice and dill. Serve over cooked spinach fettuccini, if desired.
