Old Fashioned Bread Stuffing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. finely chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. margarine
    1 tsp. sage
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    8 c. dry bread cubes
    1 c. chicken broth
Preparation
    In a saucepan, cook celery and onion in butter until tender but not brown.
    Remove from heat and stir in sage, salt and pepper.
    Place the dry bread cubes in a large mixing bowl.
    Add the onion mixture.
    Drizzle with enough broth to moisten, tossing lightly.
    Use to stuff one 10-pound turkey.
