Cottage Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. potatoes
    2 Tbsp. milk
    1/2 oz. butter
    salt and pepper
    1 onion, chopped
    8 oz. minced beef
    1 tsp. mixed herbs
    stock
Preparation
    Boil the potatoes; drain and mash them with the milk, butter and seasoning.
    Fry the onion for about 5 minutes and mix with the minced meat with a little stock and mixed herbs.
