Apple Crunchie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. sliced apples
    2 tsp. (heaping) cinnamon
    1 slice lemon (squeeze)
    1/4 c. honey or maple syrup
    1/4 c. butter
    1/2 c. whole wheat flour
    1/2 c. sesame seed
    1/2 c. oatmeal
    1/4 c. cider
Preparation
    Cut apples into a small greased baking pan; sprinkle with cinnamon.
    Squeeze the lemon over the apple/cinnamon.
    Cream honey and butter; mix in the grains and seed to make a crunchy topping. Sprinkle over the apples.
    Sprinkle cider on top before baking at 375\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
    Serve with cream as a breakfast treat or dessert.
