Filled Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Edam or Gouda cheese
    Worcestershire sauce
    dry mustard
    chopped chives
    chopped olives
Preparation
    Scoop out cheese and save shell.
    Break up cheese and mix to taste with Worcestershire sauce, mustard, chives and olives.
    Put mixture back into shell.
    Serve with assorted crackers.
