Sweet Potato Souffle - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. sweet potatoes (mashed)
1/2 c. milk
1/3 stick margarine (melted)
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1 c. chopped nuts
1/3 c. self-rising flour
1 c. brown sugar
1/3 stick soft margarine
Preparation

Mix and sprinkle over souffle. Bake 35 minutes at 350 degrees.
