Pan Fried Fish Deep-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fresh or frozen fish fillet, thawed
    1 c. self-rising corn meal mix
    1/2 tsp. dill weed or chili powder (optional)
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 egg
    2 Tbsp. margarine or butter
    1 to 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
Preparation
    Coat fish in combined dry ingredients.
    Dip in combined egg and water.
    Coat again in dry ingredients.
    Pan fry in margarine and oil until fish flakes easily with fork.
    Drain on paper towels.
    Serves 3 to 4.
