Baked Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large pork chops
    2 Tbsp. shortening
    3/4 c. uncooked Minute rice
    1/3 c. diced onion
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 can tomato soup
    1 c. boiling water
Preparation
    Brown chops in fat; salt and pepper to taste.
    Place in bottom of greased 1 1/2-quart casserole.
    Combine other ingredients and pour over chops.
    Cover and bake until tender in 325\u00b0 oven.
