Texas Caviar - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 onion
    4 green onions
    1/2 c. parsley
    1 can hominy, drained
    1/2 jar pickled jalapeno peppers or to taste
    2 cloves garlic
    1 green pepper
    2 cans black-eyed peas, drained
    2 tomatoes
    8 oz. Italian salad dressing
Preparation
    Dice above ingredients together.
    Marinate overnight in salad dressing. Season with salt and pepper, if desired.
    Serve with tortilla chips.
