Hash Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    about 3 c. ground up leftover roast
    1 beaten egg
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    3/4 c. chopped celery
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    3 beaten eggs
    1/2 c. Bisquick
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Combine roast and 1 beaten egg.
    Press lightly in greased pie plate to form a crust.
    Sprinkle with cheese.
    Add celery and onion and place in the crust.
    Mix together 3 beaten eggs and Bisquick.
    Blend in milk and stir until smooth and pour over the vegetables; bake at 375\u00b0 until vegetables are tender.
    Let stand 5 minutes before cutting.
