Strawberry Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) container low-fat cottage cheese
    fresh strawberries or frozen ones, thawed and mashed
    2 Hi-Energy Vanilla Supplements
Preparation
    Blend cottage cheese in blender until smooth.
    Pour into bowl and stir in Hi-Energy Vanilla Supplements.
    Stir in strawberries next.
    Refrigerate 2 to 3 hours.
