Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. grated carrots
1/2 c. grated pineapple
1/2 c. grated apples
3 c. flour
1 Tbsp. cinnamon
4 eggs
1 c. honey
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 Tbsp. baking soda
1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
1 c. coconut
1 3/4 c. pecans or other nuts
1 c. canola oil
Preparation

Mix well carrots, pineapple, apple, honey, oil, coconut and vanilla.
Add eggs and dry ingredients, continuing to mix.
Add nuts and mix well.
Bake in a well-greased and floured tube-type pan at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
