Peanut Butter Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. peanut butter
1/2 c. white sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 egg, well beaten
1 tsp. soda
1 1/4 flour

Preparation

Cream butter and peanut butter.
Add both white and brown sugar and cream.
Add egg.
Sift flour and soda together and work into cream mixture.
Knead only enough to form into balls.
Place about 1 inch apart on ungreased baking sheet.
Press with tip of fork.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes.
