Italian Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 lb. beef roast
    2 green peppers
    2 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
    1/8 tsp. fennel seed
Preparation
    Bake roast until medium done.
    Cool for easier slicing. Slice.
    Place in crock-pot.
    Add onion soup, sliced green peppers and fennel seed.
    Cook until peppers and roast are done.
    Add baking juices.
