Rosie'S Sour Cream Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. shortening
    1 c. sour cream
    1 1/3 c. sifted flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Beat egg until light.
    Beat in sugar, shortening and sour cream.
    Sift dry ingredients together and add to creamed mixture, stirring just until blended.
    Fill greased or paper-lined muffin pans 2/3 full.
    Bake in a 400\u00b0 oven for 25 minutes.
    Makes 12.
