Frankfurter Flautas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 franks
    8 corn tortillas
    1 small onion, cut into strips
    1 small tomato, cut into strips
    1 small bell pepper, cut into strips
    2 to 3 slices of cheese, cut into strips
Preparation
    Soften tortillas by placing them in microwave about 1 or 2 minutes.
    Cut a slit in franks, end to end; place on top of soft tortilla, add strips of onion, tomato, bell pepper and cheese. Roll tortillas up and hold in place with toothpick.
    Place in skillet and fry for 1 or 2 minutes on both sides of tortillas. Fry several at a time.
    Set fried tortillas in bowl with paper towels and remove toothpick.
    Serve with guacamole and sour cream, if desired.
