Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 5 slices bacon, diced and sauteed until brown
    6 to 8 potatoes, peeled, sliced, rinsed and dried
    parsley
    butter
    6 hard-boiled eggs, peeled and sliced
    1/4 c. milk
Preparation
    Season potatoes with salt and pepper.
    Lay potatoes on bottom crust until covered.
    Sprinkle with bacon and parsley.
    Lay slices of egg and drop 2 tablespoons of margarine.
    Start over with layer of potatoes and filling until pie shell is full.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
