Barbecue Beef - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 to 8 lb. round roast or brisket
celery salt
garlic salt
seasoned salt
pepper
Worcestershire sauce
liquid smoke
barbecue sauce
Preparation

Day 1:
Place meat in a large Dutch oven.
Brush with liquid smoke.
Generously sprinkle with all seasonings.
Fork it in. Add splashes or Worcestershire.
Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight.
