Dumplings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. flour
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    5 Tbsp. chicken broth
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 egg, well beaten
Preparation
    Mix flour, salt, margarine and egg into a soft dough.
    Divide into two balls.
    Roll out thin using lots of flour.
    Let dry for 1 to 2 hours.
    Cut into 2-inch squares.
    Drop into chicken broth. Cook, uncovered, for 10 minutes, then 10 to 15 minutes with lid on.
