Scalloped Cabbage - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 medium head cabbage
2 c. cracker crumbs (reserve some for top)
1 c. cheese, cubed (Longhorn or Cheddar)
1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
Preparation

Cook the cabbage until tender.
Layer the cabbage, cheese and crumbs in a 2-quart casserole.
Pour the milk over all and top with the remaining crumbs.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
