Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    2 eggs
    2 slices bread
    1 small onion
    1 small bell pepper
    1 tsp. chili powder
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Mix meat, tomato sauce, eggs, bread (crumbled fine), onion and bell pepper (chopped), chili powder and salt and pepper as desired.
    Put in 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Shape into loaf, leaving room on each side for grease to cook out.
    Cook at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour. Drain all grease off or use paper towels to absorb it.
    Serves 6.
