Swiss Green Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. onion
    1 c. sour cream
    4 c. green beans
    1/4 lb. grated Swiss cheese
    cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Melt butter and add flour, salt, pepper, sugar and onion.
    Add sour cream.
    Cook slowly until thick.
    Add green beans.
    Put Swiss cheese on top.
    Sprinkle top with crumbs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
