Lo-Cal Vegetable Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 oz. carton cottage cheese
    3 Tbsp. skim milk (or less)
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    3 onion bouillon cubes, crushed
    dehydrated onion and chives to taste
    seasoned salt, if desired
Preparation
    Blend first 3 ingredients in blender until consistency of sour cream, then add rest of ingredients and blend until smooth.
