Pork Chop And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. pork chops
    1 can tomatoes
    1 small chopped onion
    1 1/2 c. rice
    2 c. water
    salt and pepper to taste
    parsley
Preparation
    Brown pork chops in Wesson oil.
    Spread in deep casserole dish; add rice over pork chops, then tomatoes over rice.
    Sprinkle with onion, parsley, salt and pepper.
    Pour water over entire mixture.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
