Oyster Stuffing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 chopped onion
1/3 c. melted butter
1 garlic bulb
1/2 c. chopped celery
3 c. small oysters
2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
4 c. bread crumbs
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. light cream
Preparation
-
Saute garlic, onion and celery in butter until clear.
Remove garlic bulb and add parsley and oysters.
When oysters begin to curl, add bread crumbs and spices.
Stir in cream.
Butter turkey and then place stuffing inside.
