Oatmeal Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. boiling water
    1 c. quick cooking oats (uncooked)
    1/2 c. softened margarine
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. firmly packed brown sugar
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 3/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Pour boiling water over oats; set aside.
    Cream butter. Gradually add sugar, beating well.
    Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each one.
    Add vanilla, beating well.
    Combine flour, soda, salt and cinnamon.
    Gradually add to cream mixture, beating well.
    Stir in oats mixture.
    Spoon batter into a greased and floured loaf pan (or 3 small pans).
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour, until bread tests done.
