Zucchini Marmalade - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. grated zucchini, peeled
    6 c. sugar
    1 c. crushed pineapple, not drained
    6 oz. box Jell-O or 2 small boxes (best is mixed fruit, strawberry, banana or your choice)
Preparation
    Bring sugar and zucchini to a rolling boil.
    Boil 10 minutes. Then add pineapple and boil for another 6 minutes.
    Remove from heat and add gelatin; stir until it is dissolved.
    Place in jars and seal or freeze like freezer jelly.
