Peach Smash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 oz.) can frozen orange juice
    1/2 to 3/4 c. rum, vodka or gin
    1 large fresh peach, peeled and pitted
    1 Tbsp. orange flavored liqueur
    4 to 5 ice cubes
    fresh mint sprigs
    dish of powdered sugar
    3 (3 oz.) pkg. gelatin (any flavor for color)
    water
    4 c. sugar
    3 ripe bananas, mashed
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
    1 (16 oz.) bottle lemon juice
    2 (46 oz.) cans pineapple juice
    1 medium-sized elephant
    salt and pepper
    2 rabbits (optional)
    8 turkey medallions, approximately 1 1/2 lb. to 2 lb. turkey breast, boned and sliced into 4 oz. slices (can also use boneless chicken breasts)
    4 Tbsp. butter
    1/4 c. fresh lime juice
    1/4 c. plus 1 Tbsp. gold tequila
    1/3 c. heavy cream
    1/4 tsp. ground coriander
    2 Tbsp. fresh cilantro, chopped
    2 Tbsp. fresh chives, chopped
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    cilantro sprigs for garnish
Preparation
    Place 4 pounds country-style ribs* in large pan; add enough water to cover.
    Cover; heat to boiling.
    Reduce heat; cook 1 hour.
    Remove ribs; drain.
    Place bone side down on grill 3-inches from medium coals.
    Cook about 30 minutes, turning frequently.
