Pork Chops And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 pork chops
    1 c. rice
    1 stick margarine
    1 can beef consomme soup
    2 to 3 tomatoes
    2 to 3 bell peppers
    1 to 2 onions
    salt, pepper and garlic salt
Preparation
    Brown pork chops in pan; season.
    Melt butter in casserole dish; pour rice in dish.
    Slice part of tomatoes, bell peppers and onions, making a layer of vegetables.
    Add a layer of pork chops, then a layer of vegetables on top of chops.
    Pour beef consomme and 1/2 can of water over this.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours, or until chops are tender.
