Angel Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. self-rising flour
    6 tsp. sugar
    1 c. less 2 Tbsp. shortening
    2 pkg. yeast, dissolved in 1/3 c. warm water
    2 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Sift flour and sugar together.
    Cut in shortening.
    Add yeast and buttermilk.
    Stir all together and grease batter with Wesson oil (I grease bowls).
    Cover and store in refrigerator until ready to use.
    Knead on floured board and shape.
    Let rise 1 hour and bake 15 minutes at 400\u00b0.
